How to rent an apartment?

  • If you give us your requirement, you autamatiacally accept our booking conditions.
  • Choose the apartment you like and fill in the application form

  • Your order will be managed by our staff member and withing 12 hours you will receive the answer with comfirmation of your order or we will offer you another another apartment as an option if the one that you choose is not available.

  • After the confirmation you will have to make a deposit for one night (this deposit is included in the amount that you pay for the whole period of your stay) We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. You can also make a payment using western union transaction.

  • After we get your deposit we confirm your reservation via email. With this confirmation you guarantee your settling in the apartment you booked for the indicated dates.

    Reservation is valid only after we get your deposit.
    Check-in, check-out time
    Check-in time is 14.00(2 pm)
    Check-out time is 12.00(noon)
    If you like to stay longer than check-out time (12 noon), then you have to inform us in advance and make an additional payment.
    Early check in or late check out is paid at the rate of the half price per one night.

    What is included in the rent price per one night?
    - the whole apartment rent, not just one bunk.
    - electricity, cold and hot water (80% of the apartments are equipped with gas water heaters)
    - clean towels, bed linen and kitchenware.

    Residence rules

    1.    The apartment should be rented only for living. The number of residents should not exceed the number or bunks. Animals are not allowed. Before living the apartment make sure it is left in the same condition like it was when you moved in.
    2.     You are responsible for the keys while they are at your disposal. When you check out you return the keys to the our staff member. If you lose the keys, you will have to reimburse the expenses for buying new keys and installing a similar new lock.
    3.     You have to follow the appropriate ethical rules. If you turn up the music loud, make too much noise or behave inappropriately , especially after 23.00(11pma) till 8(8am) o'clock, it may cause complains from the neighbors and you may be evicted from the apartment.
    4.     We are not responsible for any physical injuries you may get during your stay in Odessa. We are not responsible for any kind of loses (money, personal things) under any circumstances. Before your journey, arrange your medical insurance; also insure your personal belonging in the country of your residence.
